XRAY self-designed, revolutionary, super-smooth gear diffs for 1/12 & 1/10 pan cars and 1/10 formula cars are a direct replacement for the ball-differential. Complete sets which require no other extra parts and no extra adjustments.

Using the gear differential makes the car more stable and easier to drive, especially in high-traction conditions. The gear diff increases on-power steering which is needed on almost all types of tracks. A „must have“ for every racer.

The complete gear differential set includes a composite case and cover, precision-molded internal satellite gears made from special XRAY-developed composite material, all ensuring long lifespan and super-smooth efficient operation. A super-strong hollow steel shaft ensures maximum reliability and strength.

The advantage of the gear diff is that it is maintenance-free. When the diff is correctly built, there is no need for maintenance for a very long time, no need for frequent oil changes, and no leakage due to a superior sealing system.

CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, this X1 chassis contains special cutout openings for increased flex. This chassis is recommended for and works extremely well on medium and high-traction tracks; not recommended for very-high traction conditions, where the #371016 Alu Chassis works better. This alu flex chassis generates more traction and gives improved steering. Used successfully by Team XRAY at numerous races, this chassis is a „must have“ for every serious racer. 24mm narrower than previous chassis versions, eliminating contact with the track in corners while rolling, and offering improved cornering speed. Includes a slot for a composite battery backstop which allows 5mm battery position adjustment when using the most frequently used cross-chassis alignment configuration. For use with #371148 alu rear pod plate.

Design

Designed in virtual reality using the world’s most sophisticated CAD tools, and manufactured using the world’s best machining and molding technology, the GTX8 has attained a level of perfection that is second to none. All parts are purpose-designed and manufactured by XRAY, so all parts fit and work perfectly together.

“I designed and hand-made my first off-road cars back in 1986, and they were dominating the races thanks to unbeatable reliability and best performance. Development

With our long-term experience with the World Championship XB4 platform, we applied all that knowledge to the XB2 platform and created the XT2 stadium truck. Long-term tested in real racing conditions, the XT2 is a real racecar straight out of the box.
